For decades, the Omaha Community Playhouse has served as a creative resource for artists and performers in the Omaha area, committed to providing a full range of educational opportunities for all ages through the performing arts. 

• Our class program offers something for everyone in the community, whether curious beginner or seasoned veteran. 
• The Playhouse maintains a strong presence in the community through the INTERACT program of our Education & Outreach Department. We work with schools and community groups to develop specialized workshops and residencies in theatre and performing arts. 
• We strive to strengthen the relationships between area high school drama programs and students through our monthly "Sharing the Stage" eNewsletter for theatre instructors and the creation of the OCP Student Representative Board.  Click here to view the 2010-11 application form.
• The Theatre Technology Apprenticeship Program is available to area high school and college students.
