I understand that the Omaha Community Playhouse provides full and partial scholarships, and if I receive a partial scholarship, I agree to pay the balance of the class tuition. I understand that submission of this scholarship application does not guarantee that a scholarship will be granted. If a student does receive a scholarship, I also understand that the student is to attend class all the days for the full time period. If the student is a minor, I hereby certify that I am a parent or legal guardian of the minor student and that all of the information provided is correct and complete. I understand that photographs of the student may be taken during the course of the class and I consent to the use of said photographs being used for OCP marketing and promotional efforts without specific written permission.
