Megan Berger (Janice & Others) (she/her)

Megan Berger is excited to be back on the OCP Mainstage after previously being seen as Tammy in Escape to Margaritaville. Other OCP credits include Lauren in Kinky Boots, Evelyn Nesbit in Ragtime, and Lucille Frank in Parade. Other favorite roles include Columbia in The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Rave On! Productions), Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods (Chanticleer Community Theater), and the Lady of the Lake in Spamalot (Ralston Community Theater). Megan’s most cherished role of all is that of Mama to her two incredible daughters, Leni and Harper. She sends love to her girls and her husband, Jonathan, who is always supportive and patient, but especially during this time, as Megan allows herself space to enjoy her passion for performing.

Brendan Brown (Bob & Others) (he/him)

Brendan Brown returns to the Omaha Community Playhouse stage in Come From Away. He last appeared as John Northbrook/Park Keeper in Mary Poppins. His previous OCP credits include The Piano Lesson, Jimmy Buffett’s Escape to Margaritaville, The Play That Goes Wrong (Elaine Jabenis Cameo Award), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Kinky Boots, The Color Purple, Ragtime (2019), She Kills Monsters, (OEAA nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Play), Parade, Mamma Mia!, Sister Act, and Hairspray. He has starred in Dragons Love Tacos, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and A Christmas Story, all at the Rose Theater. He has also appeared in Primary Trust and Red Summer at the BLUEBARN Theatre. Brendan has participated in OCP’s Directing Fellowship, which allowed him to assistant direct The Old Man and The Old Man, Fully Committed, and A Raisin in the Sun.

Ryan Eberhart (Nick/Doug & Others) (he/him)

Ryan Eberhart is happy to return to the Playhouse stage after last being seen as Maury Winters in Disaster! Previous OCP credits include Henry Etches in Titanic The Musical, Miss Tracy Mills in The Legend of Georgia McBride (Mary Peckham Award), Paul in Company, and Malcom in The Full Monty. Other favorite roles include Clifford Bradshaw in Cabaret (Chanticleer Theatre), Greta in Bent (SNAP! Productions), Roz in Thank You For Being a Friend: The Unauthorized Golden Girls Musical (Shelterbelt Theatre), J. Pierpont Finch in How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (BLT), and Jeffrey in Jeffrey (SNAP! Productions). You can find Ryan performing weekly on the sales floor at Borsheims. When not at work, he’s either reading, watching The Real Housewives, or finding a new “treasure” at a local thrift store. He thanks his partner, Andy, his family, and his friends for their love and support.

Melanie Epps (Beverley/Annette & Others) (she/her)

Melanie Epps is thrilled to return to the OCP stage; she last appeared in the 2015 production of Spamalot. Past roles include Lady of the Lake in Spamalot (OCP Fonda McGuire Award, 2016), Eva Perón (Evita), Velma Kelly (Chicago), Cassie (A Chorus Line), Adelaide (Guys and Dolls), Judy Bernly (9 to 5), Lucy Harris (Jekyll & Hyde), Mary Magdalene (Jesus Christ Superstar), and the Narrator (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat). As a choreographer, her work has been seen in OCP productions of Hair, Jimmy Buffett’s Escape to Margaritaville, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, School of Rock, Spamalot, Mamma Mia!, Young Frankenstein, Parade, Legally Blonde, Altar Boyz, Caroline, or Change, Evil Dead, The Producers, and Sister Act, as well as BLUEBARN productions of A Chorus Line, The Wild Party, Die Hard: The Musical, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and Indecent. By day, Melanie is Executive Director of the Omaha Academy of Ballet. Love to Leo, Rob, and three judgmental dogs.

Angie Heim (Diane & Others) (she/her)

Angie Heim is delighted to play a part in sharing this show of community and connection with you. She was most recently on stage at The Shelterbelt as Claire in My Mother’s Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding, which was written by the same duo as Come From Away! Before this, she was on a long hiatus from theatre, where she spent her time training for and completing an Ironman, along with other triathlon distances. She also got into gravel cycling, gardening, and adopted more cats. Before her hiatus, she played Allison in Fun Home at the Omaha Community Playhouse. Angie has an undergrad degree in Music and Communication, and a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. Thank you for joining us in honoring this time in our history, and for remembering the beautiful helpers that were there to support in so many ways.

Ginny Hermann (Beulah & Others)

Ginny Hermann returns to the Omaha Community Playhouse stage after recently appearing as Shirley Winters in Disaster! Previous Playhouse credits include Charlotte Drake Cardoza in Titanic The Musical, Mrs. Rose/Ensemble in Hello, Dolly!, Betty Jean in The Marvelous Wonderettes (Mary Peckham Award), Minnie Fay in Hello, Dolly! (TAG Best Supporting Actress Award), Leslie Gore in Leader of the Pack, Phyllis in 42nd Street, and the original Playhouse production of Quilters, which toured Russia. Ginny also appeared in Beehive: The 1960s Musical throughout its 25-year Omaha run and was inducted into the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame in 2019 for her performance. By day, Ginny is a Content Strategist at Children’s Nebraska. As always, much love and gratitude to David, Sarah, Molly, and her mom, Joyce Sheehan.

Steve Krambeck (Oz & Others) (he/him)

Steve Krambeck returns to OCP after surviving (and causing) theatrical mayhem in The Play That Goes Wrong in 2024. A veteran of over 30 productions, a few of his favorite roles include Nick Bottom in Something Rotten (Ralston Community Theatre, 2022), Francis Henshall in One Man, 2 Guvnors (OCP, 2019), and getting to play Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol seven times! He is eternally grateful to his wife Debbie and daughters Anna and Eleanor for their support. He is so honored to be part of Come From Away — a show that reminds us that even in the toughest moments, people can surprise you with extraordinary kindness. This one’s for the folks who open their doors, their hearts, and occasionally their emergency exits.

Jim McKain (Claude & Others)

Jim McKain returns to the Playhouse stage after a ten-year hiatus with his last performance as Max Bialystock in The Producers in 2016. Over the years, Jim has played many roles on Playhouse stages and has directed Fully Committed, The Mystery of Irma Vep, and A Christmas Carol for OCP. Jim has acted and directed for many area theaters and for fifteen years directed musicals at Concordia High School in Omaha. Jim thanks his wife, Kathy, and daughters Greer and Blythe for their unending love and support. Jim is also very grateful to once again share the stage with his “sister from another Mister” Ginny Hermann. Jim and Ginny last appeared on stage together at OCP in Hello! Dolly in 1991.

Josh Peyton (Kevin T/Garth & Others)

Josh Peyton is excited to step into the shoes of a Newfoundlander in this incredible production and thrilled to return to the Playhouse stage after appearing as Tony in last season’s Dial “M” For Murder. Other OCP credits include Orin Scrivello in Little Shop of Horrors (Barbara Ford Award), Jack in Dear Jack, Dear Louise (Mary Peckham Award), and Sam in Fully Committed (Fonda-McGuire Award and Omaha Entertainment and Arts Award). Beyond OCP, Josh has appeared at the BLUEBARN Theatre in Every Christmas Story Ever Told, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, King Lear, and A Very Die Hard Christmas. An Omaha native, Josh earned his B.A. in Theatre Performance from Creighton University and currently works at Mutual of Omaha. Christina Rohling (Bonnie & Others)

Christina Rohling has appeared in the world premieres of Stephen King’s The Shining with the Benson Theatre, and Eminent Domain (Barbara Ford Award) and Recommended Reading for Girls (both at OCP). Other favorite OCP credits include Peter in Peter Pan (Fonda McGuire Award), Almost Maine, The Graduate (Barbara Ford Award), Frankenstein, Fiddler on the Roof, and five years as Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, sharing the stage with three of her four children. She performed alongside her husband twice in Joslyn Castle’s Literary Festival. Other area productions include You Must Love Strangers (GPTC), A Doll’s House (Brigit St. Brigit), and seven years portraying Mary Magdalene (XIV Ministries). She is thrilled to “join the convent” this year when she begins touring as “Sister” with the NYC based Late Night Catechism franchise. Deepest thanks to her friends and family whose love and support means more than they will ever know.

Brady Vigness (Kevin J/Ali & Others) (he/him)

Brady Vigness is grateful to have wrapped up Season 101 in the ensemble of Mary Poppins and to begin Season 102 with this remarkable story of community and kindness. After spending the last several years living in New York City before moving back to Omaha, he found that conversations with fellow New Yorkers almost always made their way to each person’s experience of 9/11. The impact of that day will forever be part of our history, which makes it all the more meaningful to tell a story that celebrates the compassion, resilience, and humanity that emerged from it. It’s an honor to share this production with the Omaha Community Playhouse audience. When I’m not at OCP, you can usually find me behind a bar making drinks, baking something from scratch, or doing yoga with cats.

DeAnna Williams-Langabee (Hannah & Others) (she/her)

DeAnna is happy to return to the stage after a 10-year hiatus. Her previous credits include Trix in The Drowsy Chaperone (OCP), Taylor in High School Musical (The Rose), Jewel in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Chanticleer), Nickie in Sweet Charity (Bellevue Little Theater), and Helen of Troy in The Trojan Women (Des Moines). Outside of the theatre, DeAnna is the founder of The Experience Studio, a consulting practice that helps organizations create more welcoming, connected, and meaningful experiences through audience engagement, accessibility, and community strategy. She also works as a teaching artist and facilitator, helping people build confidence and connection through the arts. DeAnna is deeply grateful for the opportunity to return to the stage, and it wouldn’t be possible without the 21 Club – Troy, Anyia, Maxwell, and Roman. Thank you!
